Great article, Gloria! I read two things that resonate with me: the first was the rule that teachers should ask questions of each other, instead of giving advice, to promote reflection. I know that will be something I will have to work on, because I tend to want to give advice! :) The other thing that jumped out to me was the idea that when you want to try something new, you need the support of others trying too - as well as the "pressure" of others asking, "how did it go today?"
